Returns
If for any reason or no reason at all, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact support at 833-422-8378 for assistance in your return. We are happy to warranty all of our products against manufacturer defects and shipping damage.
Damaged products and returns after 30 days are subject to review and approval before a refund or replacement item can be processed.
Shipping & Cancellation
Most orders ship within 24 hours except on weekends and holidays. All cancellations must be made before the order has shipped. Once an order has been dispatched to one of our shipping carriers, we cannot cancel any items in the order.
If you no longer wish to receive your order after your order has shipped, please refuse the delivery with the carrier and the item will be returned to us free of charge. If you accept delivery of your order, you are responsible for any return shipping charges.
Most products ship directly from our warehouse(s) in the United States. Some products may be drop shipped from one of our partners. We use all available carriers to ensure the best rates and timely delivery. We cannot guarantee any specific carrier. We cannot guarantee any specific delivery date.
*SHIPPING DELAYS & ISSUES*
Numerous factors may contribute to shipping delays including inclement weather, backlogs due to short staff, strike, pandemic, or any of a number of other causes. We do our best to keep you updated with current information and tracking provided by our shipping carriers.
If a package is marked as undeliverable and returned to us, we will refund the order and notify the billing contact on the order. If you wish to re-purchase the order, you may. We do not re-ship orders to addresses marked undeliverable.
